Senior Consultant Digitization(m/f/d)

Work location: Sirnach | Employment percentage: 80–100% | Start date: to be agreed upon

Are you a communicative thinker with a passion for the digital transformation of business processes, and would you like to support clients from the initial idea through to successful implementation? As a Senior Consultant, you’ll be responsible for providing expert consulting to our major clients—you’ll analyze processes, develop customized digitalization concepts, and oversee their implementation through to go-live. You’ll foster a close, positive working relationship with clients.

Your Responsibilities
  • Consulting and support for major clients in the digital transformation of their business processes (including presales support)

  • Requirements Engineering - Current State Analysis, Target Process, and Concrete Customer Benefits

  • Development of solution and digitization concepts and creation of application design

  • Conducting and facilitating workshops

  • Technical management of client projects in coordination with project management through to go-live—including project management responsibilities upon request

  • Close collaboration with low-code software engineers on technical implementation, as well as the opportunity to develop low-code solutions yourself

  • Building long-term customer relationships, providing ongoing customer support, and identifying upselling opportunities—including guiding customers on their journey toward a fully digitized business and further developing our consulting portfolio

 

Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems or a comparable qualification

  • Several years of experience independently managing clients and software projects

  • Experience in requirements engineering as well as in conducting and facilitating workshops

  • Strong process understanding and analytical thinking skills

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a keen sense of customer value and added value

  • Independent, communicative individual with a can-do attitude and excellent written and spoken German skills

  • You stand out thanks to your motivation, team spirit, and strong commitment

  • Experience or interest in the manufacturing sector, as well as a basic understanding of technology
