Senior Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Independently managing digitalization projects throughout their entire lifecycle—including budget, deadlines, and risks

• Gathering customer requirements and designing suitable solutions based on the iDIP platform

• Coordinating all stakeholders and ensuring the quality of solutions

• Transparent project communication with all stakeholders

• Introduction, training, and further development of the iDIP applications in use

• Managing Multiple Projects

• Opportunity for coaching project managers and cross-departmental project management  

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

• Several years of experience in project management for software, digitalization, IT, or industrial projects

• Understanding of production processes and an interest in Industry 4.0 topics

• Confident demeanor and strong communication skills when interacting with customers at all levels

• Hands-on approach—you implement solutions pragmatically and in collaboration with the customer

• Project management certification (e.g., IPMA, PMI, Scrum, Prince2) is a plus

• Excellent German language skills

• You stand out thanks to your motivation, team spirit, and strong commitment
